Ordering Questions

 

Are there minimum quantities that we need to order?

Absolutely not. No job is too small or too big for us to handle.

Can I make changes to my document prior to it being printed?

Due to our extremely fast turn around time, printing usually takes place immediately after your file is submitted, so we cannot accept any changes.

Can I place more than just one order at a time?

Of course, if you want us to reference more than one P.O., just let us know.

Production Questions

 

Is there a limit on the size you can print?

We can print seamless banner prints up to 16' x 150'. If you need a larger size, we can heat seam the vinyl together. For example, a 20' x 50' banner would have one horizontal seam.
For adhesive vinyls, posters, canvas and fabric prints, we can print up to 52" wide by up to 150" in length. For adhesive vinyl prints, if you need a larger size, we can panel your print with a 1/2" overlap.
For our UV prints directly to rigid substrates, we can print on substrates up to 4' x 8'.

What types of inks does Tribute Signs use?

We use both True Solvent ink and UV curable inks. True Solvent inks are used on our banners, posters, fabrics and adhesive vinyls. UV curable inks are used for printing directly to substrates such as MDO signboard, Gatorfoam, Dibond, and more.

In your opinion, what CMYK formulation will result in the truest printed “Red” color?

Shipping Questions

 

Do you drop ship?

We do drop ship/blind ship at your request. When you submit your file to us, simply type the blind ship address in the box provided and the shipping method needed, and we will ship it per your instructions. For blind-shipped orders, the shipment will be in a plain brown box, with your information in the return address field on the shipping label.

Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?

es, we will ship anywhere UPS will ship to. We charge a $50.00 processing fee for the required customs documents. We must abide by the rules and regulations of any and all trade sanctions, so please check with UPS.com before to make sure that country can accept your shipment. You must be current with the updated tariffs and rules, as we cannot be responsible for shipments that are not accepted through customs. Please call for a quote for shipping to international locations.

What is your turnaround time on your orders?

Most orders with files uploading in jpg, tiff, cdr, ai, psd, bmp or eps are processed and shipped within one business day. UV printed jobs, double-sided banners, and large quantity items may need extra time to complete, usually one extra business day.

Does your turnaround time include shipping time?

No, the turnaround time is the time is takes us to process, package and ship your order. The amount of time for delivery will vary depending on the shipping method requested and your location.

How long will my package take to get here if I placed my order with the standard free shipping method selected?

If you are located in California, Nevada, or Arizona, your order will take approximately one business day in transit. For Oregon, Utah and most of Washington, your order will take approximately two business days in transit. For all other states, please refer to the UPS website for standard ground shipping times. Please make sure to reference our zip code (91762) as the ship from zip code.

I chose the "Will Call" option for shipping. When can I pick up my signs?

We will e-mail you when your signs are ready for pickup. We do try to make sure that they are ready by 4:00 PM the following business day, so please feel free to call us in the afternoon to ensure your order is ready.

What are your shipping rates?

All orders that are over $100.00 (standard sized packages only, to commercially zoned addresses) include free standard shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 United States. Shipping charges will occur on all packages that are considered oversized by the shipping carrier. Please call us with the dimensions of the sign you wish to have produced, and we will gladly work up a quote for you.


Shipping for expedited methods (for example, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc.) are based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the location where it is going. Please contact us for an accurate quote.

How will you ship a banner over five feet in width?

Unless you agree to pay for the oversize packaging fee, we will fold your banner in half, then roll it on a core. This will create a temporary crease in the banner. The crease will relax out with the heat of the sun in a day or two, or when stretched tight during installation. If you decide to pay for the oversized shipping fee, you can ship up to eight feet in length. Call for a quote on any oversized item.

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Our shipping program should automatically generate an e-mail directly to you once your order has been prepared for shipment. If you have not received this e-mail, please call us, as there could have been an error in the shipping software.
